As a key member of our team at XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd, the Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various service lines. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and motivate a high-performing delivery team, drive process improvements, and make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer delivery, while maintaining high levels of competence and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, LSAs, LBAs, and Scrum to provide oversight of day-to-day operations and projects.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to achieve cost-effectiveness and time-saving.
  • Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations, including setting delivery priorities and making schedule adjustments.
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers to drive business growth.
  • Responsible for ensuring SLA adherence, governance, and risk management of the account portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external cadence for the review of delivery.
  • Mentor and coach project managers in the account.
  • Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
  • Oversee resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
  • Contribute to or lead delivery excellence initiatives for the business unit.
  • Responsible for timely invoicing and collections from the client.
