We are seeking a dedicated professional to design and deliver engaging training experiences across onboarding, guest service, and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and facilitate high-quality workshops that reflect our brand values and cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Deliver interactive training sessions that promote skill-building and knowledge retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor learning programs to operational requirements and ensure consistency in delivery methods.
  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and content development to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Monitor learner engagement, generate training reports, and provide insights to the learning and development team.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards during training and evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years' experience in learning and development or training delivery.
  • Background in hospitality, retail, or QSR is highly valued.
  • Comfortable leading workshops for various audiences and experience levels.
  • Confident presenting sessions up to six hours in duration.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant adult education qualification.
