Senior Associate Position

We are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join our Corporate team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and drafting high-quality documents.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate advisory or mergers and acquisitions, with a keen interest in achieving great outcomes for clients.

  • At least 5 years PQE experience in corporate advisory or mergers and acquisitions
  • A client-focused approach with a strong ability to deliver results-driven solutions
  • Exceptional drafting skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to think independently and learn new concepts quickly
