As a Learning and Development professional, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our people. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will coordinate a range of learning programs and manage our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure every employee has access to high-quality training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating end-to-end delivery of learning programs including face-to-face, virtual and blended formats
  • Managing enrolments, scheduling, communications and training logistics
  • Supporting managers to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted training solutions
  • Maintaining the LMS with accurate data, reporting and learner support
  • Building strong relationships with managers, employees and training providers

About You:

  • A highly organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working with people and systems
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while keeping attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating L&D programs in a corporate or multi-site setting
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
