Job Opportunity: Process Operator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As a Process Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial cooking equipment and production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial cooking equipment and production machinery with prior knowledge.
  • Accurately record, report, and input data into computerized systems.
  • Evaluate flavour testing and provide accurate flavour according to product runs.
  • Maintain quality checks as required, managing materials and waste.
  • Operate advanced centre-lining, process equipment, calibration, monitoring, and cleaning.
  • Enhance quality performance optimization.

Requirements:

  • Experience in processing, preferably in a food manufacturing environment or industrial kitchen/cooking environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to achieving team objectives.
  • Understanding of HACCP and GMP principles with a record of reliability and safe work practices.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail, safety, and reliability.
  • Flexible approach to ensure job completion and quality standards.
