Support Specialist

Join a fast-paced team as a Support Specialist providing technical assistance to diverse stakeholders.

This role involves registering, tracking, and resolving incidents using Service Management systems. You will work closely with the business to identify and diagnose underlying causes of recurring problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level technical support to franchisees, international customers, and corporate teams
  • Register and track incidents using the Service Management system
  • Detect and resolve technical issues through effective troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with the business to identify and diagnose recurring problems
  • Document and update Application Support procedures

About the Role

You will bring experience from a similar IT-based role where you have consistently delivered exceptional customer service and demonstrated a passion for achieving excellent outcomes. You will be able to quickly integrate into a dynamic team, working both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements:

  • Able to work under pressure in a diverse environment prioritizing multiple issues simultaneously
  • Experience operating in an IT Service Management system preferably ServiceNow
  • Ability to learn and support software upgrades, implement new applications effectively
  • Experience supporting Business Management Solutions preferably MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Able to follow best practices for Change Control
