Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of trademarks in Australia and overseas.

Working closely with our clients, you will provide expert advice and guidance on trademark law and practice management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a large portfolio of trademarks across multiple jurisdictions
  • Providing high-level design and patent advice
  • Developing new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years experience as a lawyer or attorney in IP/Trademark Law
  • Strong team management skills and experience working with SMEs
  • Proficiency in software such as Office 365, Clio, and NetDocuments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
