Job Opportunity: Intellectual Property Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intellectual Property Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve managing a large portfolio of Australian and overseas Trade Marks, providing advice to existing clients while developing new business opportunities.

As an Intellectual Property Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results and support the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on intellectual property matters
  • Managing trade mark portfolios and advising on trade mark strategy
  • Developing new business opportunities and building relationships with clients
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years' experience as a lawyer or attorney in IP/Trade Mark Law
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Drive, passion, and willingness to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to take ownership and initiative
  • Experience working with SMEs and knowledge of Office 365, Clio, NetDocuments, or similar software
  • Previous experience in team management and leadership
