Job Opportunity: Intellectual Property Support

As a skilled and experienced support professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our intellectual property teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records in Inprotech case management system
  • Draft high-quality correspondence and liaise with clients and associates
  • Create and distribute invoices efficiently
  • Prepare official documentation for lodgement
  • Conduct thorough document research and obtain status reports through IP databases and IP Australia
  • Provide exceptional administrative support by managing tasks and tracking deadlines
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles, preferably in intellectual property or professional services
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
  • Proficiency in task management systems and strong IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning and development
