Paid Marketing Leader Role

Seeking a highly skilled leader to spearhead paid marketing efforts. Ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large-scale campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Create high-budget campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads, ensuring maximum return on investment and scalability.
  • Manage ad spends exceeding $200K per month, analyzing performance data and implementing optimizations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies and optimize creatives, copy, and landing pages for improved conversions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Google Ads bidding strategies, audience targeting, and attribution models.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in bid strategy optimization, remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and campaign tracking software.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to work with large data sets and identify trends.
