Paid Social Strategy Lead

As a digital marketing expert, you will play a key role in driving business growth for our clients. We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Strategist who can develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid social advertising, including planning, testing, optimizations, forecasting, and reporting. You will be responsible for building full-funnel strategies rooted in client objectives, platform best practices, and industry trends.
Key functions include being a subject matter expert in full funnel paid social strategy and delivery across key social platforms, possessing strong presentation skills for executive level clients, providing resources to meet and surpass client goals, leading media planning and presentation development and spearheading optimizations and reporting.
- Own day-to-day paid social strategy across key accounts
- Build full-funnel strategies rooted in client objectives
- Analyze campaign performance across platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and platform reps
- Mentor junior team members
- Lead the creation of clear, compelling storytelling
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in paid social planning and buying
- Deep expertise across at least 4 paid social platforms
- Strong analytical skills
- Clear confident communicator
- Excel skills comfort with pivot tables
