The role is a one year full-time contract (with the possibility of the role becoming permanent) that can be conduced from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

Reporting and working closely with the Head of Digital Performance, your role is will lead the development and growth of digital performance in paid channels for MMSG, with a focus on brands Maxxia and RemServ (Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging.) B2B and B2C.

You will be responsible for the strategy, execution and optimisation of all paid digital performance activities with a strong focus on acquisition and conversion of new customers whilst maintaining cost efficiency. Your role will lead and maintain all digital paid channels (paid search, display, paid social, paid YouTube, paid LinkedIn).

The role also has a strong relationship with Marketing and Sales to ensure success in campaigns and lead conversion.

The Role
- Create, execute and optimise digital paid channel activities for MMSG suite of brands (paid search, social ad campaigns, display, video etc).
- Work alongside the Head of Digital Performance to develop and execute the digital performance strategy, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and funnel conversion.
- Manage and monitor monthly digital media budgets, aligning with performance targets
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders on digital performance activity and campaign objectives
- Collaborate closely with Marketing team to execute, optimise and report on marketing campaigns results
- Collaborate with the Digital Performance team to drive optimal paid performance supported through data analysis, content creation, personalisation and Martech.
- Ensure integration of digital channels with other marketing communications and initiatives.
- Set goals for activity, measure and report performance of all digital performance activity, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Manage and continuous optimisation of paid search channel to ensure cost efficiency and strong lead performance.
- Work closely with the Digital Designer to develop social ad campaigns with the aim to boost engagement and conversion.
- Work with Sales on leads management, to ensure lead quality and optimisation opportunities are explored to help with lead to sale conversion.
- Identify digital marketing opportunities through insights and expertise, and work with stakeholders to effectively implement and leverage these opportunities.
- Collaborate with website squad on the optimisation of website journeys and conversion to uplift acquisition activities.
- Support and collaborate on UX/UI experience to ensure omni-channel experience is optimised.
