Job Title:

Clinical Training Facilitator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Facilitator to join our organisation.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate and mentor nurses in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging, evidence-based training materials for nurses.
  • Design customized assessment tools and learning pathways to meet the needs of nurses.
  • Ensure training materials align with regulatory, accreditation, best clinical practice and professional standards.
  • Continuously review and update programs to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  • Play a key role in the ongoing professional development of nurses.
  • Deliver training to meet aged care's policies and procedure outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training is aligned with best practice.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support training goals.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and training for workplace trainers and assessors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in learning development and adult learning principles.
  • Strong ability to design and deliver effective education programs.
  • Expertise in learning strategy development, instructional design, facilitation, leadership development and engagement.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Superior relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116).
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering aged care education programs.
