Sales Development Trainer

We are seeking a Sales Training Manager to standardise the learning experience across Commercial Education. You will collaborate with global and local teams to understand, build, and institutionalise foundational and advanced clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with regional and commercial teams to translate business strategy into learning standards.
- Consult with Global Marketing and Sales teams, offering training expertise to meet business objectives.
- Ensure learning strategies align with commercial business plans.
- Engage in infield customer interactions with the sales team to promote best practices.
- Create and implement development plans for existing Field Sales Trainers to enhance capabilities and succession planning.
- Degree and/or 3+ years of experience in commercial education or related fields.
- Experience in Medical Devices is highly valued.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate Instructional Design.
- Formal training in Instructional Design.
- Experience in curriculum design and training facilitation.
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems, strategic planning, needs assessments, and adult learning principles.
- Proven ability to manage vendor resources.
- Effective communication skills to convey strategy and standards across various commercial teams.
