Job Summary

This role requires a Registered Nurse with expertise in supporting participants with complex needs and delivering training programs to frontline teams.

  • Clinical Care: Delivering high-quality care and coaching across High Intensity Supports, reviewing and updating care plans, and providing hands-on clinical expertise.
  • Education & Training: Developing practical training programs (including Train-the-Trainer) to enhance the skills of our Support Workers and RN team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration (RN)
  • Experience delivering High Intensity Supports in disability or clinical settings
  • A strong background in nursing education and hands-on training
  • The ability to translate care plans into easy-to-follow training materials
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to sites across NSW
