Team Administrator

Impel Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email and Communication Management: Manage incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and other forms of communication, ensuring timely responses or forwarding to the appropriate person.
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members, executives, and clients.
  • Document Management: Establish efficient filing systems, both physical and digital, and ensure the proper organization and maintenance of documents, records, and databases.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, or other systems, and maintain accurate records of various activities, such as expenses, invoices, and employee records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist team members and department head with administrative tasks, including drafting and editing documents, preparing presentations, and arranging travel or accommodation.
  • Client Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, or in-person inquiries from clients, customers, or other stakeholders, and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in administrative procedures and suggest and implement efficient solutions to streamline operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in an administration role in a corporate environment
  • Confident and personable
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Interest in the insurance space is highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Suite
