Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our team in Brookvale. As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry and follow-up of active jobs
  • Schedule quotes and manage appointments
  • Follow up and job management - manage incoming jobs, data entry (jobs & quotes), claiming, scheduling, managing documents & variations
  • Closing out of jobs confirming job completion in system ready for Accounts to invoice
  • Customer communication being first point of contact for inquiries relating to job status

Requirements:

  • Multi-tasking is a must
  • Previous administration, data entry experience is preferred
  • Strong ability to manage appointments, job schedules and reporting
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Clear and calm telephone manner
  • Detail-oriented multi-tasker
  • Able to work under pressure with distractions
  • Patient, polite and friendly team player
  • Intermediate Excel / Word / Outlook
  • Able to work unsupervised

Working Conditions:

Office-based role, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: $35 to $37 per hour + super (permanent role)
