Technical Claims Lead is a key role in the claims process, responsible for managing complex commercial claims from lodgement to settlement.

The successful candidate will have strong technical and negotiation skills, with experience in construction and liability claims.

Additionally, they will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of complex commercial claims from lodgement to settlement
  • Negotiations and settlements
  • Advising customers of their policy entitlements
  • Explaining claims and repair processes
Requirements:
  • Technical commercial claims experience, specifically in construction and liability
  • Experience within a broking environment preferred
  • Client-focused with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership capabilities
