We are seeking an individual to take on a key role in managing Commercial Motor Claims. As a Commercial Assessing Coordinator, you will oversee assessing and towing workflows from lodgement to repair, providing claims and administrative support with exceptional customer service.
About the Role:- Coordinate assessments and towing operations, negotiate, and manage towing and storage costs.
- Ensure accurate reserving and effective utilization of fulfillment methods and suppliers.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers, suppliers, and brokers related to Commercial Motor Claims.
You will gather and interpret claim information, make appropriate decisions, and create action plans for claim fulfillment. Additionally, you will manage service providers and record accurate claim information in the system.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing & Towing Coordination: Support assessment triage and allocate assessments based on complexity, customer needs, location, and expertise.
- Claims Cost Management: Ensure accurate reserving and effective utilization of fulfillment methods and suppliers.
- Customer Service & Relationship Management: Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers, suppliers, and brokers related to Commercial Motor Claims.
