Job Title: Airport Passenger Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Airport Passenger Service Representative to join our team at Adelaide International Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, efficient, and professional facilitation of passenger queues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Direct passengers to the correct queue and specific areas within the airport.
  • Ensure compliance with OH & S Regulations and Company OH & S Policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Report any incidents immediately and maintain awareness of reporting obligations.
  • Follow procedures within regulations to ensure passengers arrive at their flights on time.
  • Build strong working relationships with airport and dnata team members.
  • Promote a positive company image through grooming, behavior, and service.
  • Participate as a team member to ensure work and company requirements are communicated accurately and in good time.

  • Commitment to dnata values and operating procedures.
  • Adherence to all company safety, policy, procedures, and processes.
  • Desirable experience in customer service-oriented roles.
  • Ability to handle pressured and stressful situations, including competing demands and priorities.
  • Ability to work within a team, sharing information and providing support to ensure a coordinated approach to customer requirements.
  • Effective communication skills to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Ability to work unsupervised at times and in a fast-paced team environment.
