We are currently seeking a skilled professional to coordinate site activities on a project. In this role, you will assist the Project Manager and site team in managing construction site activities.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading a variety of activities that will ensure the success of our construction projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling, planning, and forecasting all technical activities on site to ensure efficient project execution.
- Collaborating with subcontractors during the planning, construction, and completion phases of our projects, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Managing project documentation, ensuring all records are organized and up-to-date.
- Contributing to technical detailing and problem-solving, ensuring every challenge is met with confidence and skill.
- Monitoring technical implementation, testing, and quality control on site to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Assisting in the coordination and management of trades, working closely with other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
About You
You will have previous experience in a site-based role and a strong understanding of engineering, construction, and architecture principles. Other requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 2+ years of experience working on construction sites (Cadetship, Graduate Program, or similar experience)
- Experience in building concrete and structural steel structures
- Construction White Card
- Previous experience using systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS
