About The RoleThe Senior Contract Administrator will lead tender reviews, manage claims, commercial reporting, and subcontractor management. They will liaise closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Leading tender reviews and managing claims
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager
- 5–10+ years experience as a Senior Contract Administrator/CA
- Proven experience in industrial and commercial construction delivering large-scale projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a project team
- Experience in cost reporting, procurement, and conducting tender reviews
- In-depth knowledge of industrial structures, pre-cast construction, and façade work
- Familiarity with software such as Procore, Jobpac or Cheops
- Local experience in the region is highly preferred
