Job Title: Commercial Contract Specialist

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a commercial contract specialist working on large-scale construction projects and demonstrate a proven track record of longevity with previous companies.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a high-profile project and work with a team of skilled professionals. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of contracts, supporting the commercial team through procurement, reporting, and cost management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant commercial contract or project management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and subcontractors alike
  • Autonomy to work individually and as part of a team
  • Understanding of construction practices and processes
  • Ability to prepare detailed scope of works
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Experience with head contract and subcontract negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and project management tools
