Main Responsibilities- Manage client contracts from inception to close out, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of project outcomes.
- Oversee project start-up, procurement, delivery, and close-out activities, guaranteeing timely and within-budget completion.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships and drive project success.
- Prepare and submit regular progress claims to clients, ensuring transparency and open communication.
- Manage subcontractors effectively, from onboarding to claim assessments, to optimize project performance.
- Monitor commissioning activities, including documentation, to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure strict adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual agreements.
- Maintain accurate registers tracking and substantiating the project's commercial position.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements.
- Hold sound working knowledge of project administration and project control principles.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Construction Management or Project Management) are essential.
- Exhibit positive negotiation, conflict, and influencing skills.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
