C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director to lead our nGundanoo centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary package, including a wage rate of $68,510 - $70,740 plus salary-sacrificing options. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of passionate educators and work collaboratively to deliver a high-quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver a quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years
  • Nurture an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team culture where everyone can belong, grow, and thrive
  • Work closely with the centre's management team to ensure the smooth operation of the centre
  • Develop and implement programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with families and the wider community

Requirements
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification)
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these)
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families, and the community
