Job Title: Director of Early Childhood Education

Job Summary:

C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Early Childhood Education to lead our nGundanoo team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the future of children in our care and delivering a high-quality educational program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of passionate educators to deliver a play-based learning environment for children aged 0 to 5 years.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational program that promotes children's learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with families and the wider community to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Manage the overall operations and management of the centre to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families, and the community.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognized by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification).
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for achieving high-quality outcomes for children and their families.
