Job Title: Leasing Performance Analyst

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business results through the development and implementation of innovative leasing strategies. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Spearheading the adoption of new systems to streamline data collection and analysis.
  2. Developing and maintaining a suite of leasing outputs that deliver insights at asset, fund, and portfolio levels.
  3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and industry peers to gather market intelligence.
  4. Supporting and mentoring Asset Analysts in financial modeling and feasibility studies.
  5. Preparing leasing statistics and trend reports to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Leading the charge on data governance, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Experience in commercial real estate roles or a mix of experience in valuations/leasing/asset analysis.
  • Proven experience building, using and/or reviewing models.
  • Experience within the property sector essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with MRI & Forbury modeling software desirable.
  • Highly numerate and competent in modeling and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cougar or similar forecasting product.
