About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Specialist to work with internal and external data, providing valuable insights that highlight the benefits of American Express acceptance to merchants.
Main Responsibilities- Analyzing granular data on Card Member behavior to support marketing initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining the 'Insights Hub' page for sales teams.
- Leveraging value from third-party data vendors.
- Degree or equivalent experience in statistics, data science, computer science, mathematics, finance, or similar fields.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality work production.
- Ability to investigate data issues and solve problems independently.
- Quick learning of business context.
- Previous analytics/insights/data science experience.
- Proficiency in Python and BigQuery.
- Familiarity with sales or marketing teams.
