Job Title: Business Insights SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Business Insights Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional to contribute to the success of our organization.Job DescriptionAs a Business Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business strategies and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights that support business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing large data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide data-driven solutions
  • Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong data visualization skills using programming languages such as Python and/or JavaScript libraries
  • Demonstrated storytelling skills in business contexts
  • Conformable with database query languages such as SQL, MongoDB Query Language, and Spark (nice to have)
