Business Insights Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Specialist to work with internal and external data, providing valuable insights that highlight the benefits of American Express acceptance to merchants.
Main Responsibilities
Analyzing granular data on Card Member behavior to support marketing initiatives.
Developing and maintaining the 'Insights Hub' page for sales teams.
Leveraging value from third-party data vendors.
Key Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience in statistics, data science, computer science, mathematics, finance, or similar fields.
Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality work production.
Ability to investigate data issues and solve problems independently.
Quick learning of business context.
Bonus Skills
Previous analytics/insights/data science experience.
Proficiency in Python and BigQuery.
Familiarity with sales or marketing teams.
