Job Title: Research Project Coordinator

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Centre's efforts in promoting resilience to natural hazards and reducing disaster risk. As a Research Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting research projects from initiation to completion.

The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience in project management, with the ability to maintain and update research products and systems. They will also be responsible for creating concise and accurate reports and dashboards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong skills and experience in implementing contract management and grant processes, including drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of research agreements.
