Success in this role will see you drive operational effectiveness and make a meaningful impact across functions in a dynamic research environment.To be successful in this role, you will:Monitor and report on team resourcing and supporting the allocation of team members across projects, ensuring delivery is efficient and well-coordinated;Support business development activities, including the preparation of proposal and tender responses and tracking outcomes of the same;Coordinate issue management and process improvement actions ensuring they are documented, escalated and followed through by the appropriate stakeholder(s);Develop and maintain documentation systems such as internal registers and version-controlled files;Assist in the preparation of key business reports, including quarterly management reporting.About YouYou are a proactive operator who enjoys making systems run more smoothly and teams work more effectively with your support.
With 3-5 years of experience in similar project coordination roles, you have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.To excel in this role, you will have:3-5 years' experience in project coordination, operations or business support roles, ideally within research, professional services or consulting environments;A high level of initiative and the confidence to engage with a range of external stakeholders to ensure actions and deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment;The ability to document, analyse and communicate information clearly and professionally;Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with a track record of delivering consistent, high-quality outputs;A proactive, solutions-focused mindset: a self-starter who actively seeks opportunities, proposes solutions, and thrives on continuous improvement;The ability to balance autonomy with collaboration - you know when to act independently and when to escalate or align;Advanced Microsoft Office skills, across Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint and Planner.Our Offer to YouWe believe in investing in our people.
