Operating across multiple locations, our team works together to ensure our research programs meet end-user needs from initiation to implementation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong skills in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, project management, and contract administration.

You should be a tertiary qualified individual with excellent people and relationship management capability, sound analytical and conceptual skills, and knowledge of research organisations such as university teams or government departments.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can effectively work within a national team to deliver high-quality research projects that address common issues.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing projects and contracts, developing partnerships, and engaging stakeholders. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

This role requires a highly organised and motivated individual who can manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will be working closely with the Research Program Delivery Lead and other members of the national team to develop and implement research projects that align with our organisation's mission and goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate research projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development of research proposals and project plans.
  • Collaborate with the Research Program Delivery Lead and other team members to achieve project objectives.
