Job Title

SAP Payroll Transformation Consultant


Description

This role involves leading and configuring SAP ECP and ECC Payroll solutions to deliver end-to-end implementation projects across various industries. The successful candidate will facilitate payroll design workshops, gather complex requirements, and ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience, a strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance, and a proven track record delivering medium to large-scale payroll projects.

A certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is desirable, as is experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are also essential, along with the ability to lead solution design and run client workshops.


Requirements
  • Hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
  • Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale payroll projects
