SAP Payroll Transformation Specialist - Sydney

Job Description

The role of a SAP Payroll Transformation Specialist involves leading and configuring SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions, delivering end-to-end implementation projects across varied industries, and ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions
  • Deliver medium to large scale payroll projects from start to finish
  • Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)
