As an Expert Payroll Configuration Specialist, you will lead and configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions for clients across various industries.
Main Responsibilities:- Configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Deliver end-to-end implementation projects ensuring timely completion and high quality deliverables.
- Facilitate payroll design workshops and gather intricate requirements from clients.
- Maintain governance and quality control over deliverables to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and progress reports.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration.
- Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance.
- Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects.
