Job Description

SAP ECP Payroll Specialist Functional Consultant is a role that involves leading and configuring SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions.
  • Deliver end-to-end implementation projects across varied industries.
  • Facilitate payroll design workshops and gather complex requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuation.
  • Provide ongoing post-go-live support to clients.
  • Maintain quality and governance across deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience.
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance.
  • Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable).
  • Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable).
  • Ability to lead solution design and run client workshops.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Legal working rights in Australia.
