Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead franchise recruitment efforts and engage with potential partners from diverse backgrounds. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, booking appointments, and building rapport with prospective franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify potential franchise partners and ensure alignment with our values and criteria.
  • Book video or in-person meetings for Franchise Sales Managers to present the Success Tutoring franchise opportunity.
  • Build relationships with prospective franchisees by understanding their entrepreneurial goals and motivations.
  • Update and maintain lead information, conversations, and appointments within our CRM system.
Requirements:

We are seeking a sales professional with experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales. You should have excellent communication skills, be confident on the phone, and able to build rapport quickly with people from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
