Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, we are seeking a **Recruitment Specialist - NSW** to join our **National People and Culture team** on a full time basis.

**About the Role**:

- Drive the recruitment and selection processes across PWAH in NSW
- Maintain strong lines of communication with internal and external customers
- Participate in recruitment process by conducting interviews as required
- Ensure onboarding processes are completed in a timely manner, including the relevant pre-employment checks
- Promote PWAH as an "Employer of Choice"
- Partner with people leaders on recruitment practices and skills
- Conduct weekly recruitment analysis and reporting

**About You**:

- A person who enjoys being busy and can keep up with our pace
- Growth mindset and strong emotional intelligence
- Minimum 3 years experience with sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices
- Demonstrated experience in volume internal recruitment processes
- Proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to travel
