Job Description:

This role is primarily focused on supporting the National Operations Manager and franchisees in all aspects of franchise operations. This includes providing support and guidance where required, as well as proactively analyzing each franchisee's business to formulate and implement plans for growth.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing training modules to roll out to the franchise network, ensuring operations files and folders are kept up to date on SharePoint, and coordinating regional franchise meetings across all states.

Additionally, this role involves assisting the MD's Executive Assistant with coordinating the annual conference, participating in conferences and regional franchise meetings to set objectives and outcomes, conducting analysis of benchmarking results, and communicating with stores to ensure optimal operating effectiveness and profitability.

Another key aspect of this role is working with franchise owners to maintain and enhance the customer service experience within stores, reviewing and responding to new franchise recruitment enquiries, and ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are communicated and understood by franchisees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role with demonstrated success
  • Previous experience in supporting retail operations
  • Strong communication skills, aligned with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Strong financial and numeracy skills
  • A drive to succeed and grow our business
  • Flexibility to prioritize and change tasks & duties based on the needs of the business
