About The College Of STEM

The College of STEM employs over 1,000 staff and provides industry-relevant programs and exceptional student experience across STEM to approximately 25,000 students both onshore and offshore. Our vibrant research community attracts funding from a range of government and industry sources in support of high-impact research that transforms industries, shapes lives, and communities.

We have a focus on growing career pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Academics, including VC Indigenous Predoctoral Fellows and Vice Chancellor Research Fellows. RMIT has achieved an Athena SWAN Bronze award, demonstrating a long-term commitment to improving gender equity in STEM.
