We are seeking an experienced educator to lead a 20-week group program for young adults with disabilities.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Program Design: Plan and structure the program around participant goals and learning outcomes; create engaging sessions that combine theory with hands-on experiences; integrate digital tools to enhance learning
  • Program Delivery: Deliver high-quality, motivating sessions that promote independence and real-world skill development; foster a fun, safe, and collaborative learning environment; use on-site and community-based experiences
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Program Assistant(s); share planning and vision, delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback; collaborate with other facilitators to deliver high-impact programs
Requirements
  • Experience as an Educator or teaching experience is essential
  • Delivering group learning or capacity-building programs (ideally for people with disability or in education/community settings)
  • Background in Education or experience as a Program Facilitator
  • Strong digital and planning skills — confident using Google Workspace and AI
  • Ability to adapt content and communication to different learning styles
