Position Summary
As a Program Facilitator for Young Adults with Disabilities, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning experiences that promote independence, confidence, and real-world skill development.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an Educator or in teaching, with a background in Education or as a Program Facilitator. They will also possess digital planning skills, including confident use of Google Workspace and Canva, and the ability to adapt content and communication to different learning styles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver meaningful learning experiences that promote independence, confidence, and real-world skill development.
- Plan and structure programs around clear participant goals and learning outcomes.
- Foster a fun, safe, and collaborative learning environment.
- Mentor and support a Program Assistant to ensure high-quality program delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Educator or teaching experience is essential.
- Background in Education or experience as a Program Facilitator.
- Digital planning skills, including confident use of Google Workspace and Canva.
- Ability to adapt content and communication to different learning styles.
