
Guest Experience Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, resilience, and high leadership qualities.
The ideal candidate will lead and support the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences, act as a role model, share expertise, and inspire the team. Daily tasks will be completed accurately and efficiently, with guest arrivals and departures conducted with confidence. Personalised and proactive guest service will be provided at all times, with timely and professional resolution of guest complaints.
The successful candidate will maintain accurate guest accounts, including cash handling, and assist the Housekeeping & Maintenance departments as required. Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 2 years of previous Front Office experience
- Supervisory experience gained in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- A high level of self-motivation and confidence
