Job Title: Coordinating Events Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our event calendar, coordinating intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.

This role suits someone who:

  • is charismatic and friendly
  • possesses exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • preferably has experience in hospitality, events, or weddings (not essential)
  • is proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • has basic design skills and confidence in social media platforms

As a key team member, you will work closely with front-of-house and kitchen staff to prepare and execute weddings and events.

This part-time position offers flexibility, including on-site and at-home work, with some weekend and evening commitments.
