We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the success of our iconic wine destination in Tasmania.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting unforgettable guest experiences, curating premium events, and overseeing smooth high-performing operations.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and connection among your team members.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service standards.
- Develop and execute strategic event plans, activations, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Manage financial resources effectively, controlling costs and optimizing revenue streams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure a safe working environment, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and perform routine maintenance tasks to preserve the venue's integrity.
**Requirements:**
- 8+ years of management experience in hospitality, tourism, or events.
- Strong background in delivering premium guest experiences, preferably in hospitality or regional tourism.
- Proven success in planning and executing events and seasonal activations.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead a multi-faceted venue.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Current Driver's License.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
