We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Event Coordinator. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events with precision and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Manage sponsorship packages and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate event speakers, performers, and vendors
  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns
  • Manage event finances and ensure accurate budgeting

This role requires at least 5 years' experience in events coordination and/or marketing. Experience with digital tools like email marketing software and content management systems is advantageous, but not necessary as training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be highly organized, flexible, and able to think creatively.
