Job Title: Experience Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop deep insights into customer needs and expectations through research and analysis.
  2. Champion customer interests in planning, decision-making, and operations.
  3. Position the asset experience for a clear value proposition and cohesive Experience Vision.
  4. Create unique local character and appeal through Place DNA.
  5. Elevate guest journeys for seamless experiences at every touchpoint.
  6. Implement innovative programs and activations that boost traffic, enhance guest experience, and engage audience groups effectively.
  7. Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities through strategic mall positioning.
  8. Develop and execute annual marketing plans.
  9. Optimize marketing budget management, including monitoring, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  10. Deliver brand and national programs locally to optimize engagement.
  11. Coordinate visual merchandising, signage, and advertising to high standards.
  12. Manage digital channels, focusing on social media engagement, email subscribers, and data collection.
  13. Drive asset reputation to meet or exceed PR targets and maintain effective media relations.
  14. Participate in management responsibilities as a critical team member.
  15. Foster open communication and common goals within the team.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of retail marketing experience.
  • Strong people management skills and budget management experience.
  • Retail marketing expertise is essential, and tourism asset experience is highly regarded.
  • Ability to execute strategic plans and deliver innovative experiences.
  • Tertiary qualification in Consumer Experience, Marketing, Production, Business, or Commerce is desirable.
  • Exceptional eye for styling, presentation, and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and deal with complexity.
