Be a Service Superstar

We're seeking passionate individuals to join our Front of House team at Holey Moley and Hijinx Hotel in Alexandria.

As a service superstar, you'll be responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset. You'll drive sales on every shift, smash targets through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed. You'll take pride in your venue, ensuring it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.

You'll own your space, being trained in all areas and bringing your A game whether behind the bar, at reception, or running a function. You'll follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe.

Finally, you'll have the opportunity to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs.

  • You must have customer service, hospitality, or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.
  • You should be energetic about guests, enthusiastic, and positive – with bucketloads of it
  • You'll work closely with a diverse range of guests, including teens, kids, and adults.
  • Great availability is a must, with a willingness to work weekends and nights.
  • A valid RSA and WWCC are required or you can obtain them quickly.
