As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer experiences by identifying issues proactively and providing solutions that benefit both parties.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via all communication channels.
- Understand external factors impacting customer supply chains and respond accordingly.
- Align with customer expectations upfront and provide tailored solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services to customers.
- Proactively track shipments and notify customers of any deviations from the transport plan.
To be successful in this role, preferred candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be required to undertake reference checks and pre-employment screening, including a background check.
